General Provisions

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus after receiving it, you must place bets worth 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• A bonus may only be claimed once and cannot be used in combination with any other offer.

• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through active play. ck43 determines the specific benefits and terms for each tier and reserves the right to change them.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Any bet placed within the limits approved by ck43 is acceptable. The platform reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet for any reason, particularly in cases of technical errors or unusual activity.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Betting markets are available for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All rules related to each betting market will be clearly stated alongside that market. If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to the predetermined rules.

6.3 Live Casino & Slot Games

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicion of money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended period of inactivity
• Direction from authorities

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your ck43 account, please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be considered void.

8.3 Return of Funds

In the event of account closure, actual cash funds (not bonuses) are generally returned, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud.
